To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available in our footer and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

Log files are maintained and analysed of all requests for files on this website's web servers. Log files do not capture personal information but do capture the user's IP address, which is automatically recognised by our web servers. Your IP will never be used for malicious purposes.

We Collect Personal Information
All information collected is stored in a secure database. The only information you are required to give us is your e-mail address, as well as your age for COPPA verification purposes. All other information such as your real name, gender, location, etc., is not our responsibility. None of your information will be made public without you expressly choosing for it to be made so. If you choose to give out any more information than described above on this site, we are not responsible for any consequences. We will not give your email to anyone else - it is simply for our records so that we can contact you if necessary.

Cookies
This website does not store any information that would, on its own, allow us to identify individual users of this service without their permission. Any cookies that may be used by this website are used either solely on a per session basis or to maintain user preferences. Cookies are not shared with any third parties.

None of the 4P staff will EVER ask for your password.
If you ever are contacted by someone asking for your password, do NOT give it to them. Contact a staff member and tell them that someone has attempted to gain your password, and we will take appropriate action.

This site does not send out unsolicited emails.
When you register and/or set up your forum preferences, you can opt to receive administrator mailings or not. If you wish to not receive these emails, please uncheck the option in your Preferences. We are not responsible for you receiving mailings against your will, as the forum emails do not get sent to you unless you permit it.

Your private messages are private.
The staff cannot and will not access your private messages. We do not have the capability to read them and do not plan to install the necessary modifications to make ourselves capable. If the PM system is being abused, please forward the offending PM to a staff member and appropriate action will be taken.
