I think the last thing I read was a novel called Bridges, by Kyell Gold. I seriously doubt any of you guys would want to read a gay furry romance story, though, so I won't bother describing it. xD Still, I enjoyed it. I "d'aww"ed at many parts.

I want to try reading The Lord of the Rings, but when I tried reading The Hobbit a few years ago, the writing style completely turned me off. I think I'll just watch the movies, ehehe. :x

I just finished reading "Sleeping Freshmen Never Lie" by David Lubar. Probably going to take another visit to the library this week again too.

Reading A Game of Thrones right now. It's so...thick. @_@
But it's good so far. I just have to be able to really concentrate when I read it. Only about 100 pages in though.

I've barely read anything this year. D:

The only book I've read is Confessions of a Crap Artist by Philip K Dick. I think it's the only non-sci-fi book he ever wrote and I... I see why he stuck to sci-fi. This one was alright but I didn't overly enjoy it. It took me a while to get into and while it was good in the middle, I didn't like the ending at all.

Game of Thrones though, yay! I need to read the last book in the series so far but... I just can't bring myself to yet. I'm not ready for that kind of book commitment because those books really do require so much effort to read. D:

    Say the Tolkien fan

I've been reading everyday on the train since starting work. So, it's about almost three books in about two months so far

I've been reading a lot more lately. A couple of days ago I finished Deus Ex: Icarus Effect by James Swallow, it's a prequel to Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Awesome novel, the story sheds some light on a lot of the more important story details from the game while still being a standalone story. Can't say I regret reading it.

Right now I'm working on Assassin's Creed: Forsaken by Oliver Bowden. Really interesting how it presents itself as the journal of Haytham from AC3. I'm not very far into it, but it's decent so far. At the very least, it's holding my interest much better than AC: The Secret Crusade did.

I justed finished up 1984. Now I'm reading "Star Wars: Heir to the Empire". Never read it before, but I want to checkout what has long been considered the sequel trilogy before the real movies come out - even though they likely aren't related at all

Ohhhh, I've heard the Thrawn trilogy is fantastic. I really should read it at some point before the "true" sequels come out too.

So far, this summer I have read...
    • 1984
    • Casino Royale 007
    • For Your Eyes Only 007
    • Medium Raw: A Bloody Valentine to the World of Food and the People Who Cook
    • Star Wars: Heir to the Empire
    • The Lost World: Jurassic Park
And right now I'm reading The Bourne Supremacy

I also just realized, a heck of a lot of these are movie/franchise related o.o

So, after a loooooooong pause from reading I went to the library recently and picked up "Witch Eyes" by Scott Tracey. I've had it for a few days already, but I haven't read much of it. Not that it's bad, but I've been.... distracted by other things. Hopefully I'll get it done soon so I can move onto the sequel.
