From time to time, we'll be having some gaming events, where everyone can hop online and play a game together - no competition, no tournament, just a friendly get-together. We're planning on having one of these in the next week or so. Since I don't want to just say "We're playing ____" and have a bunch of people saying "I don't like that game!" or "I don't have that game!" I'd like to get everyone's input. What game(s) would you like to play, and on what system? And is there a specific day/time that doesn't work for you? We'll try to pick a game that most of us have and a date that works for (hopefully!) everyone.
Maybe we should all have a "OH GOD HOW DO I PLAY THIS HELP" event for that TF2 update? It's gonna be free-to-play next week, I think, so there's no excuses for not giving it a try. :x Otherwise I'm good with Left 4 Dead (one and two--I prefer one 8D) on PC or 360, Halo 3 or ODST (I'm borrowing Reach off a friend temporarily), or... well, I guess that's about it for what I've got. :s
TF2, L4D/2, and Reach were my initial thoughts. TF2 is free to play just this week though, so if we were going to do it, we'd need to have the event maybe this weekend. But it's all up to you guys - I'm willing to go along with whatever everyone wants.
I... don't think I'm doing anything all weekend. I'd prefer to not have events on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday nights 'cause I work the next days and I don't wanna stay up too late those days but I'm really good whenever, tbh. :s
Welp, TF2 is now free to play forever so I guess I have to learn how to play it since it'll be even more of a staple in various game nights. :/
Pretty much any day would be fine with me, seeing as how I don't have a job yet. As for platforms, I have both PS3 and 360, but 360 is much better for me to use, as I can't get my PS3 to pick up my wireless most of the time. As for games... I own Halo: Reach, and at the moment, I'm borrowing Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and Halo 3: ODST (Both discs) from some friends. I'll probably buy Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing soon, if anyone has that. Okay, no All-Stars Racing after all... Instead, Black Ops. ^Those are for 360, by the way. For PS3, the only multiplayer games I own are Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood and Dead Space 2. My excuse is that my computer can't handle it. xD Not enough space, and it's a fairly old computer.
I'm up for anything. I have raids on Monday-Thursday 9pm-12am EST, and on Sunday nights I'm usually busy. But otherwise I'm good any time Left4Dead 1, 2, Halo 3 or ODST, and TF2~
I'm going to be picking up Left 4 Dead 2 (and 1 if I can) sometime next week when I buy Microsoft Points for the new Black Ops map pack so it looks like I'll be down for that on the 360.
I'm game for Halo3, mw2, black ops, l4d2, red dead redemption etc all on 360 (mw2 and rdr on ps3 too)
