E3 2013 - Sony Conference

    Sony's press conference will be presented Monday, June 10, at 6:00pm PDT (9:00pm EDT). Post all your predictions, impressions, and thoughts before, during, and after the conference in this thread!

    This is meant to serve as a general discussion thread. Please feel free to make new threads for game announcements, other major announcements, or anything else you'd like to discuss! All our E3 news posts will be posted to this forum for commenting as well.

    I know most of the games I want to see on PlayStation probably won't be shown - a true Jak 4, a true new Ratchet & Clank, and a new Crash Bandicoot that's actually good (Though I guess such a game'd be multi-platform) - but one game I am 110% certain will be shown off is Final Fantasy Versus XIII. I don't know if it will for sure be renamed to Final Fantasy XV, or if it's still only on PS3 (Or if it's still on PS3 at all), but I am positively certain it'll be shown off to some extent. And it's about damn time, too.

    Yeah, all I'm really hoping for is a look at the console (for curiosity's sake) and a damn release window for FF13 VS or whatever they want to call it. I will be so sad if it doesn't happen.

    Square released their list of games that will be at E3 and Versus is nowhere to be seen, so either a) it won't be there, b) it'll be at the conference but not at their booth, or c) they just want to surprise us.

    It'll be interesting to see what the PlayStation 4 will look like once it's revealed at E3 this year. For the first time, I'll be watching the Sony E3 Press Conference live on June 10th, so in my time... it'll be June 11th.

    I just wonder what kind of games they'll be showcasing for the PS4 after being revealed? It'll be interesting to see. :)

    I wouldn't expect to see KH for another year or two, at least. If FFXV does get revealed Monday, I'm thinking it won't release until probably the end of 2014 at the earliest. Then we might hear about KH3.

    KH3 won't get an announcement until KH2.5 HD is either out or almost out. And it certainly won't get an announcement at E3. If it's not announced at TGS or Jump Festa, it'll be announced a few weeks before either of them so that it can get hyped before one of the two conferences. And because of KH's skewed release schedule, they won't bother hyping it here before its announcement is well underway in Japan.

    I'm actually okay with waiting longer for KH3. I'm more excited for KH2.5 than 3 right now just for BBS in HD. :P
