So I was lurking NeoGAF like I usually do, and came across this thread. It talks about something called "Four in February"-- basically, the goal is to finish any four games in, you guessed it, February. They can be games you just picked up, games you got long ago, or anything else. The only requirement is that there are four games, and you finish each within the month. With that in mind, I figured it would be fun to try accomplishing that here at 4P. Would anyone like to try it? I'm gonna aim for it. Here're the games I'm playing. - Pokémon HeartGold (I'm currently at the National Park) - Halo 2 (Haven't started on it yet) - The Walking Dead (I'm in Chapter 2, but I'll likely end up just restarting the whole game) - Dead Space 2 (I'm currently in the Ishimura, but my Xbox died on me, so I may have to finish it at a friend's house Feel free to join me!
...do games already beaten in February count? :P If not, this month has gotten super busy so I don't think I can manage four more games in this time since I'm on vacation all week next week and then it's also midterm season. But I'll give it a try anyway because anything that helps with my backlog is a good thing. To Beat This Month Persona 3 Portable (Feb 6) Started this in January Journey (Feb 8) ...this one feels like cheating since it's a 3 hour game. Rhythm Heaven Fever Just one remix to go and I've beaten it! To the Moon Have not started Gravity Rush Have not started Exit DS Just a few more sets of levels to go, I think... Put up the ones I've already beaten in case this is too ambitious so I have a fall-back, since it's already halfway through the month... but I'll try my best to do four from this point. u_u
The only game I think I'm going to beat this month is maybe Pushmo. TRI89's already got all of you beat. He officially completed 4 games in February yesterday.
Show off. ;_; Though I suppose that's what I get for playing 100-hour games like Persona. :P (Then again, I suppose the three hour Journey probably balanced that.)
Anyone manage? :P I got 3 games down but I just didn't have enough time with February being crunch time for one of my classes and then being away from home for what was effectively half the month. But if I'd just not started playing Plants vs Zombies when it went free on the Vita for PS+ members, I would've beaten Gravity Rush to round in as my fourth game. (I beat both those games today, too... if only it'd been a Leap Year!!) So in the end, my list was just: - Persona 3 Portable (Feb 6) - Journey (Feb 8) - To the Moon (Feb 24) Not bad for only having a handful of days to actually play games though.
Just Crash finished. Far Cry 3 got a bit boring and I forgot how 'unique' the controls are in pre MGS4 Metal Gear titles.
