When you play Co-op games, do you always prefer one person to play with over somebody else? Why do you prefer that person? Better teamwork, they're one of the best players you know, ect... Yeah I do this. I always play Co-op games with one friend, we have better teamwork than all my other friends, we both have even skill levels but with different style of play (mostly) and we can beat most Co-op games under the average time. We've played a lot of the Halo Reach missions together, he helped me beat the end of World 7 and all of World 8 on New Super Mario Bros, we beat Portal co-op in about 4 hours. We just work together good. n_n
I have a small group of friends online that I prefer to play co-op with - we just know each other well enough and are mostly around the same skill level (except a couple who are way better). We're not that great at shooters in general, but we still stumble through and have a good time doing it.
I've got a couple of friends I've known offline for several years, we usually play online together when we get the chance. Otherwise, I usually just play random games with strangers, unless somebody comes to me first about it.
I don't have a go to guy per se, I've got plenty of friends i'll happily co-op with. Saying that there's a few of my mates I absolutely refuse to play with because they've either beyond abysmal or get overly angry at the game.
I used to have one person where both of us would always beat a game in co-op. But lately he's gotten out of singleplayer games and multiplayer is about all we do. But I still have a few others that I play co-op with. Really there's only about 3 people on my list of co-op friends.
