    Glad to hear you enjoyed it. I'm really looking forward to playing it. Everything about it looks great. Dunno why Nintendo is suddenly upping their effort on this series.

    Definitely! I will be investing in a Wii U while Nintendo is offering the free downloadable game wit purchase of MK8, so I will get it soon enough and set up some races for us.

    I've preferred the Sonic & All-Stars series for a while now, but I'd like to give MK8 a shot sometime. It seems like it's improved a lot of things compared to previous Mario Kart games.

    The Sonic racer available for the Wii U is pretty rad too. I like to think that if Sonic gets future iterations, it's a good way to get Nintendo to push for better advances in the Kart series as well.

    In theory, yeah... but Nintendo didn't seem to adapt anything from Diddy Kong Racing or Crash Team Racing back in the day
