Never played Conviction, was just a modernised version of Splinter Cell which is very unoriginal and something that we have seen already. Games like that are never gonna go big.
Ew stealth games. The stealth missions in the Harry Potter games were annoying enough - I find those games an exercise in frustration. I'd rather kill things :P
I usually prefer action games, but a game built around stealth is something I can enjoy too. Deus Ex: Human Revolution and Metal Gear: Ghost Babel come to mind (I haven't played the other games in each series).
I'm very bad at stealth games and tend to play them like action games when given the chance (I'm told it's hilarious to watch me play Metal Gear Solid but any actual fans of the series would probably blanche at my play style)... but I don't mind them. I just hate when stealth is shoved into a game in which it has no business being. KINGDOM HEARTS 358/2 DAYS I'M LOOKING AT YOU.
There were two stealth sections. The first one with Pete in Agrabah that I have memorised from having done so many times and a second with Lumière in Beast's Castle which I used to have tons of trouble with and then seem to have just walked right by when I played recently? Those sections alone make me kind of glad the remake of that game is cutscene-only, haha.
I forgot about the one with Lumiere, but now I seem to remember it being even more infuriating than the Pete one. Not in any hurry to replay that game.
