    Oh God I really don't read. I'm still reading Lies That Chelsea Handler Told Me and I posted that last message on December 3. I really need to get back into this.

    I read in games. :P

    But no, I've never really enjoyed reading. I didn't even finish most of the books that we were required to read in school.

    I was that way with The Hunger Games. For some reason, I dragged it out over the course of a month. I got really interested in it towards the end, though, and couldn't put it down.

    Sparknotes? :P

    omg there's a 'quoted you' thing on this forum, I got a notification and everything how frikkin awesome is that haha.

    Unfortunately Lies is just a collection of short stories, so nothing much builds to anything. That's not why I can't get into it though, because all the stories are hilarious, I just... can't seem to re-integrate reading into my daily routine lol

    Re-reading The Hunger Games in anticipation of the movie. :) Love the book. The movie is getting great reviews, too, so I'm really excited!

    I never could finish Eldest... I think I'll only ever be able to read Eragon. I loved that, but Eldest is so freaking boring.

    I reread Hunger Games this week too. Saw the movie first, then read it again, and I'm seeing it tomorrow to compare them more closely. (Really, it's just an excuse to see it again.)

    I've been getting through more of the Game of Thrones/Song of Ice and Fire series. I'm taking a break before I get into the latest book but I've been enjoying it. I really want to read some easy (aka young adult) books before I go back to the high fantasy or even the math books I've got sitting around. n_n;;

    Do okay with my resolution to read more. Going through a book or two a month. Only reading a couple of hours per week. School and work eats up time and I'd rather game when I get the chance too XD But, going okay I think. Read more than I did all of last year already. Plus lots of comics (both graphic novel and Sunday funnies varieties) sprinkled between because they're quick reads when I have downtime

    Right now I'm working on Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire. Which is... not exactly great literature. But something I've always meant to read and never did. So, might as well do it now while I'm on this reading kick.

    After that, either this massive Walt Disney biography I recently bought and have been meaning to read, the first Hunger Games book to see what all the fuss is about, or The Ring Goes South from LotR (had this six book version of the series for ages that I've never read, so working my way through that too).

    I have a feeling you're all going to suggest Hunger Games

    Honestly, I'm not really sure how much you'd like the Hunger Games series. The first book is a good read no matter what, I think, and it's young adult so if you do get into it, you can honestly just set aside 5 hours and it'll be done. It's definitely worth reading, though, so you should definitely get around to it sometime.

    I have started reading the first book in the Warriors series. It is a book about wild cats. (Not even big cats, just strays.) It's uhh... o_O Different. It's a kids' book but I had a lot of friends growing up who were really into it so I've always wanted to read them. Unfortunately, I think I waited too long and I just feel silly reading it and it's too simple for me to get into. This makes me sad because I'm usually okay with any kind of read (simple or hard) so long as it's good but this one just isn't grabbing my attention. Oh well.
