    Beat my first game of 2013 - finished up The Last Story today. Beat the game and did all but the last of the extra chapters. Really great game that was somewhat held back by the limitations of the Wii hardware. Phenomenal experience overall though, and one of the top JRPGs of this generation.

    It plays more like an action-adventure game than an RPG. It's very streamlined and cuts out a lot of fluff - the pacing is great and it's only 20-25 hours long. The battle system is pretty deep once you get into it (make sure to change it to Manual) and there's not too much micro-managing with stats and equipment..

    Beat Persona 3 Portable tonight instead of being productive because I'm too sick to concentrate on much of anything right now. \o/ (This is a constant state for me, it seems; I should really get used to it already.

    I really liked P3P. I tried several times to get into Persona 3 FES (the PS2 "extended edition" type thing) but it was really difficult and not a whole lot of fun when I couldn't control my party members. Boss battles got frustrating quickly and I honestly can't imagine how so many people managed it because I found parts of the game hard enough with full control, haha. I liked the female protagonist in P3P a lot more than the male one (or what I remembered of him). I almost regret finishing the game, though, because now I have to wait until I have the time/money to play Persona 4 Golden. D:

    Yay someone else posted so I can post again. 8D;

    Beat Journey the other day. I... don't get the hype. I probably didn't have very good partners. (I only liked one of the people I was matched up with and s/he dropped out and I was left alone for the bulk of the last level. :( Not really a fan of the game.

    ...you're lucky I'm stuck on the last stage of Rhythm Heaven Fever or I'd be posting here to make you feel even worse with another game on the list.

    I doesn't help that I've only been playing Black 2, which to me you can't really "beat".
