I think we only liked them in the end because we projected personalities onto them. :(

Sheva did a cool spin whenever she kicked open a door so she was my favourite.

I found it pretty boring this year tbh :( The WiiU was pretty good for some laughs but nothing else jumped out at me.

E3 was really uneventful this year. No big game announcements, no stunning gameplay demos, and just overall there was nothing "big" at the show. It's pretty bad when the biggest surprise of the show was the fact Vita would be cheaper than anyone thought.

To be honest, I'm kind of glad about that. Not having so much to look forward to means I can spend more time working on my backlog and replaying old favourites. :P Also saves me lots of money.

I'm glad there's nothing other than Skyward Sword that I'm really looking forward to this year. Like you said, I'll hopefully be able to get through some of my backlog and beat what I already have this year.

I played some Mortal Kombat (II and some version of III) as a kid at other peoples' houses. I didn't particularly enjoy them

My new year's resolution was to beat more games than I bought, meaning I had to get through some backlog stuff. I was doing really well until... the last two weeks. xD Bought more 4 games, I think. Had to stop myself yesterday from buying a few more, too.

Bought four more games, you mean?

My game library is going to expand very soon. I'm not sure I want it to. Finally getting my Wii fixed and, in the process, chipped. So, preparing an emulator/rom disc full of NES, SuperNES, N64, GB, GBC, GBA, and Genesis games that I never played but I always meant to.

I don't do well trying to do an emulator on the computer, I get distracted. But playing it on a TV on a console should keep me more focused. lol

Also... will be picking up GCN and lesser-Wii games I neglected.

I'm still not completely sold in the Wii U if I'm being perfectly honest. I'm tempted to pick it up just for the released that are exclusive to it, though.
