Well, Nomura's expressed interest in it. Although he seemed to be talking more about a compilation of the handheld games that could get anyone who missed them up to speed, iirc. But he's definitely addressed the idea of an HD compilation at least once so it should happen. Square-Enix never gives up a chance to re-release something with minimal updates and they're still a long ways off from KH3, I think, so this would also give them the excuse to release something else in the franchise while not yet breaking their "promise" that there wouldn't be anything new before KH3.
I kinda almost don't think there will ever be a KH3. XD It's the unobtainable carrot in front a horse. Square Enix's Super Mario 128. HD handheld compilation wouldn't do me much good lol
.hack//GU comes to mind. I've just never gone out and even attempted to buy it or anything, but I've never actually played it. Another is Kingdom Hearts 2. :'D
I finally started FFVI! It was the first thing I mentioned when I made this thread and I decided to just play it the other day. I'm really enjoying it. Wish I'd picked it up sooner. :P Ohh, the .hack series is one I've been meaning to try for ages. It's like an MMO without the forced interaction that I find awkward, right? XD I'm so into that idea. My roommate owns a lot of the first .hack games so I really need to get around to it sometime.
