Same. I'm not seeing a single thing that interests me. Civ V looked good, but I can't run it on my PC or Mac (without it heating up), and I haven't heard anyone mention anything else that sounds good.
I think it's been just fine. I think I've picked up as much this sale as I always do. The only difference is that some sales are coming back as flash deals (or being spoilt as flash deals) and to me, that's just fine. I do wish the community choice votes were actually votes for what we want to go on sale rather than "PICK YOUR FAVOURITE GAME EVEN IF IT WAS ON SALE YESTERDAY". :/ Anyway, so far this sale: - Trine 2 ($3.74) - Y's Origin ($7.99) - L.A. Noire ($4.99) - Analogue: A Hate Story (gift) - The Walking Dead (gift) - Torchlight (gift) - Fortune Summoners (gift) Most of the gifts were things I was about to buy for myself anyway so I'm counting them, haha.
I have Torchlight. Haven't played it much, but it's kind of eh from what I played so far. Of course, I'd probably enjoy it if I got into it, but it's very dungeon crawly and seems like you have a lot of generic quests to do. And I wasn't too overly impressed with the combat. But again, I've barely touched the game, so...take it as you will.
I have no idea what the game even is. I remember hearing good (vague) things about it a while back so I tossed it on my wishlist and one of my friends picked it up for me during its flash deal. :> I dunno when I'll manage to get around to it, but the fact that it was gifted will probably push it close to the top of my list. Especially since Steam shows how long you play a ame and it'd be pretty obvious if I was ignoring it. Tomorrow's the last day of "new" daily deals, if this sale follows all the others. The last day is a repeat of the "best" sales. But maybe they'll shake that up a bit since the deals have been repeating along the sidebar anyway.
