What was the last game you bought?

    I got a Wii U earlier this week on a total whim. I'd been thinking about it for a while but then as Cherrim and I were eating at the mall and talking about the next gen consoles it made me really want one so I asked my boyfriend if he'd split one with me and he said yes so I just went for it. I got the Wind Waker version, so I guess that's the game I got most recently. Cherrim also got Mario Kart 8 for it and we've been playing that a lot recently.

    Is anyone else doing Steam Sales this year? I'm trying not to buy much but I'm still ending up tempted here and there. So far I've gotten...

    • Game Dev Tycoon
    • Hate Plus
    • Mass Effect Collection
    • Garry's Mod
    • Final Fantasy XIV
    And someone gifted me Octodad. :3 Still quite a few days to go but the only other thing I'll probably be tempted by is Transistor, if it goes on sale for enough.

    I bought the Mass Effect trilogy at my local Gamestop now that I have spending money from my job. I was going to get the first Assassin's Creed game and Skyward Sword, but they didn't have those.

    Yay! People are buying the Mass Effect Trilogy! One of my favourite series. Can't wait for the next game and/or movie.

    I spent money.

    I got a PS4, along with Infamous Second Son, by taking full advantage of some promos. Bought the PS4 with a 10% off coupon, reward certificates, and an offer on my American Express card. Plus Best Buy had a buy-two-get-$30-off promo on select PS4 games, so I bought Infamous and MLB 14: The Show, price matched both of them to Amazon, and then got the $30 off, meaning I paid $25 each for them. Traded MLB right back in to Best Buy for $35.20, which I'll probably put toward Destiny.

    So a few hoops to jump through, but well worth it. Really enjoying the system and Infamous so far - especially considering I really don't like what I've played of the first Infamous.

    I'm going to say.... Mighty Gunvolt? Even though I didn't buy it. But I own it now.

    Got a redeem code from someone on Twitter. I am bad at Mega Man games (that's basically what this is), but I appreciate the well-done reto NES presentation of it

    Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD ReMIX is the last game I got. It arrived today! (That's still an obnoxious name but... I guess it is Kingdom Hearts so it would be alarming if it didn't have a pretentious, confusing title. I still refuse to type it as II.5 like it says on the box.)

    I'm so so so so so so so sos oso so so excited about it. I've been waiting for BBS HD pretty much since they announced Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker HD because that's when I realized PSP games in HD on PS3 were a possibility. I know most people are excited for KH2 but I am just beyond myself with joy over being able to play BBS again and probably won't even touch KH2 for months. BBS is my favourite game EVER.
