I don't think it's delayed for development reasons. I have a feeling Nintendo's going to go on a bit of a Mario blitz this holiday season. NSMB2 is out in August, but they probably want that to be a big holiday hit - right? It's Mario, gotta be. Is NSMBU is out at the same time, then they're already competing against each other. They probably wouldn't want to throw a third Mario-related title into the mix as well. Plus Kart sales are still going strong. Something's gotta give, and Luigi lost out as he always does. lol
